Jason Frawley

Jason brings over 30 years of Martial Arts training, experience, and instruction to Paper Street Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. Growing up next to Hatboro, in Willow Grove, he started training in Karate at an early age and continued his training up till college, and holds multiple black belts in Karate. He was introduced to Wrestling his freshman year at Upper Moreland High School and fell in love with the grappling arts. After a successful High School Wrestling career Jason Wrestled for Mansfield University before the canceled the Wrestling program due to title nine. Which led him to help coach at local youth and High School Wrestling Programs.

Jason started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Kickboxing in 2003 in hopes of someday competing in Mixed Martial Arts competition. He immediately started competing in local and national NoGi grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu events and found a passion for competing agan. He had his first MMA fight in 2007, where the lowest weight in the event was 135, and he weighed 125. After a couple of fights Jason turned started teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at local BJJ and MMA gyms, and started competing in NoGi and BJJ events again. In 2011 He open Paper Street Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. He continues to compete but his primary focus is teaching and helping people reach their goals!
